About Tiny Little Treasures

Tiny Little Treasures is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization created to support families with babies in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). We exist because the NICU journey can be overwhelming, isolating, and emotionally complex—and too often, families are expected to navigate it on their own.

A NICU stay can bring uncertainty, fear, exhaustion, and a wide range of emotions, often all at once. Parents may feel pulled between hope and worry, strength and vulnerability. At Tiny Little Treasures, we recognize how heavy this season can be, and we believe families deserve compassion, understanding, and support during this time.

Tiny Little Treasures was founded by a mother whose premature twin boys spent their first month of life in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Like many NICU parents, she experienced firsthand the uncertainty, exhaustion, and emotional weight that can come with this journey.

That experience highlighted the need for compassionate, family-centered support during one of the most vulnerable seasons of parenthood. Tiny Little Treasures was created to help ensure that NICU families feel seen, supported, and less alone—both during their hospital stay and beyond.

Our Approach

We approach NICU family support with empathy, presence, and respect. Every family’s experience is different, and we strive to meet families where they are—emotionally, mentally, and practically.

Through gentle encouragement, accessible resources, and opportunities for connection, we aim to offer support that feels validating, grounding, and nonjudgmental. We do not provide medical advice. Instead, we focus on emotional support, practical guidance, and community connection to help families feel less alone.
